The SKIL 7500 Belt Sander has a powerful six-amp motor, to help do-it-yourselfers sand their projects faster and better than ever. The exclusive Auto Track belt alignment system ensures the belt will stay centered during use, saving time and preventing damage to the surface. The 7500 is also equipped with a Micro Filter dust canister, which collects dust and fine particles to maintain a clean work area. The tool comes equipped with a vacuum adapter to allow for dust-free sanding, a lock-on button for less fatigue and added comfort during extended use, and soft-grip handles for user comfort.
The SKIL 7500 Belt Sander is ideal for leveling wood floors, removing stains, glue, thick coats of paint, or rotten wood on surfaces such as floors or countertops; cleaning beams for decks or picket fences; and many other applications. It's also helpful for leveling table legs and ensuring flush edges when joining boards. The 7500 sands flush against vertical surfaces eliminating the need to finish corners with a hand sanding pad.
